What is FLuère about?
FLUÈRE is about being fully present, feeling confident in your own skin, and choosing only the best for yourself. It’s crafted for people embracing a more balanced lifestyle, those who are part of the growing ‘Sober Curious’ movement.
There were moments when we didn’t want our minds clouded in social settings, so we decided to create an alternative: a portfolio of refined, flavorful liquids that let you enjoy the moment and participate fully, no matter the occasion.
The Meaning of flow
The concept of flow lies at the heart of FLUÈRE – that state of purpose, energy, and effortless movement, both physically and mentally. It’s the feeling of peak performance.
While researching ancient Roman texts for inspiration on botanicals to use in our expressions, we discovered the Latin word fluère, meaning “to flow.” It instantly felt like the perfect name.
Even the bottle reflects this philosophy: its elegant ripples echo the movement of a flowing river, capturing the essence of fluidity and motion.
Our Mission
We’re on a mission to bring our “all-day drinking” concept to life. Within this vision, we’ve identified five key drinking moments:
On the Go, Brunch, Aperitivo, After Dinner, and Late Night.
For each of these occasions, our Master Bartender has curated a selection of delicious, easy-to-make non-alcoholic and low-alcohol cocktails which are crafted to elevate the moment, celebrate life, and deliver full complexity and flavour without compromise.
Distilling process
Like the world’s finest perfume houses, we use a technique called hydro–steam distillation to extract the purest essence from each individual botanical that goes into our award-winning liquids.
Once every botanical has been distilled separately, we carefully blend the distillates to create our final FLUÈRE expressions.
To complete the process, we use tunnel pasteurization – a crucial step that ensures exceptional product stability. This allows us to deliver one of the most stable non-alcoholic liquids on the market, with an impressive 24-months shelf life.

With its distinctive after-bite and rich, layered taste experience, FLUÈRE represents the next generation of premium adult beverages.
Why is it called Fluère?
FLUÈRE is a short, powerful name derived from Latin. Fluère means “to flow,” a nod both to the nature of the liquid itself and to the idea of being in the flow – fully present, balanced, and experiencing the moment at its best.
Because FLUÈRE contains no alcohol, you can enjoy multiple FLUÈRE low- or non alcoholic cocktails while staying clear-minded and balanced. It lets you remain in your flow, no matter the occasion.
How is Fluère made?
Steam distillation is a technique employed to distill alcohol or extract essential oils from organics by passing steam through the plant material.
Temperature sensitive compounds which would normally decompose through simple distillation, vaporise at lower temperatures when subjected to steam in the vapour chamber or colum. This allows for the separation of essential oils, which tend to be less soluble in boiling water, from chemically complex materials. When the steam passes through the organic material, tiny pockets that hold the essential oils open and release the essential oil molecules without damaging or burning these delicate components.
The distillate will contain a mix of water vapour and essential oils which return to their liquid form in the condensing recipient and are separated using a Florentine separator. Both the essential oils and the water, called floral water or hydrolats, is retained. The distillation procedure is the same as for the simple distillation method with the exception that distillation takes place by means of steam.
