Preparation

Shaken

Instructions:

In a shaker, gently muddle the sage leaves to release their aroma
Add Fluère Bitter, grapefruit juice, Fluère Smoked Agave, and simple syrup
Fill with ice and shake vigorously
Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass – serve without ice
Garnish with a fresh sage leaf
