Instructions:

Add lime juice and mint into a highball glass
Gently muddle the mint leaves to release their aroma
Fill the glass with crushed ice
Add Fluère Spiced Cane and simple syrup
Stir gently to mix
Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig and a cinnamon stick
